  Ammonium Bicarbonate is a white compound which is in the form of granules, plate or columnar crystals, and has an ammonia odor. Ammonium bicarbonate is a carbonate, so it must not be placed with the acid because the acid reacts with ammonium bicarbonate to form carbon dioxide, which deteriorates ammonium bicarbonate.

1.Used as a high-grade leavening agent for food. When used together with sodium bicarbonate, it can be used as a raw material for bread, crisp biscuits, biscuits, puffed foods, biscuits, pancakes and other leavening agents, and can also be used as a raw material for foaming powdered juice. It is also used for blanching of vegetables, bamboo shoots, etc., as well as medicines and reagents.
