Lumbrokinase is a group of proteolytic enzymes (acid proteins) extracted from special earthworms, with a molecular weight of 16,000 ~ 45,000 D. Lumbrokinase is an antithrombotic agent, which is mainly used in clinical thrombotic diseases, especially in patients with increased fibrinogen and platelet aggregation rate.
