Slippery Elm (Ulmus Rubra) is a kind of plant with extremely high economic value. Tree trunks can be used as raw materials for furniture, vehicles, farm tools, appliances, bridges and construction. The bark contains starch and viscous substances, it can be ground into powder to make elm noodles, mixed with flour and edible, and can be used as a raw material for making vinegar.
