Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA)

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is produced from safflower oil as the raw material, where the linoleic acid is transformed into CLA through conjugation reactions. Using lipase as a catalyst, the CLA fatty acids are esterified with glycerol to produce CLA glycerides. Conjugated Linoleic Acid Triglyceride Powder is a white to off-white or yellow spray-dried free-flowing powder.

Description

Application: Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is primarily used as a supplement for weight management and body composition improvement. It may help reduce body fat by enhancing fat metabolism and inhibiting fat storage while preserving lean muscle mass, especially when combined with exercise. Some studies suggest CLA also has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, potentially benefiting metabolic and immune health.
